SOUTH COAST PAPER - A TIER-ONE SOLUTION
Problem: Robert Half International originally purchased South Coast Paper products through Corporate Express, one of South Coast Paper’s contract stationers and distribution partners. However, Robert Half International wanted a Tier-one solution to directly track its diversity spending without sacrificing product quality, service or transaction flow.
Solution: South Coast Paper went to work quickly, and developed an e-commerce system that would satisfy the needs of valued end users as well as distribution partners. Our company worked in conjunction with Corporate express and Robert Half International to develop a solution that provides seamless access to South Coast Paper products previously purchased through Corporate Express under a Tier 2 arrangement.
South Coast Paper invested in a new SAP information system. This new e-commerce technology helped to meet the needs of customers throughout the supply chain. With this new SAP system, Tier-1 customers like Robert Half International now have 24 hour online access to their accounts as well as South Coast Paper products and services. Customers can now track orders, match them to their delivery schedules and pinpoint distribution.
