Robert Half International originally purchased South Coast Paper products through Corporate Express, one of South Coast Paper’s contract stationers and distribution partners. However, Robert Half International wanted a Tier-one solution to directly track its diversity spending without sacrificing product quality, service or transaction flow.

Supplier diversity is a priority for companies worldwide; which is why contract stationer Staples called on SouthCoast Paper to fulfill the request of one of its most notable customers. Hong Kong Shanghi Bank Corporation (HSBC) sought a way to increase its investment with diversity suppliers, and looked to Staples for an option. (HSBC) was in search of an MBE supplier that met all of their diversity requirements.
