Paul Mitchell
Managing Partner/ CEO

Paul Mitchell is the Managing Partner/ CEO and co-founder of South Coast Paper.  He manages the day-to-day operations of the company.  A strategic thinker, Paul provides targeted direction for South Coast Paper.  He has over 20 years of experience in the paper industry.  His diverse professional background ranges from Information Technology to Financial Management to Operations Management.

Kenny Loyd
President

Kenny Loyd, President and co-founder of South Coast Paper, develops and secures relationships with other business partners.  In his 12 years with South Coast Paper, he has most enjoyed watching customer, supplier, and employee relationships grow efficiently. Kenny attended Xavier University where he received a Bachelors of Administration. He furthered his education with an MBA from Case Western Reserve. He has also completed the NMSDC Advance Management Education Program at J.L. Kellogg School of Management Northwestern University and the MBE Executive Management Program The Amos Tuck School of Business, Dartmouth University in Hanover, NH.

Darrell Dixon
Vice President of Sales

For the past nine years, Darrell, Vice President of Sales, has been focused on customer development and company growth. He was integrally involved in leading sales revenue growth from $3 million in 2002 to $60 million in 2010. His key strengths are in developing customer markets and positioning South Coast Paper’s products for growth, as well as developing key programs/accounts with large end users: Staples, UPMC, BNY Mellon, Southern California Edison, United Technologies, and Union Bank. Darrell received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Howard University and later a MBA from The University of Bridgeport in Connecticut.

Todd Keller
National Sales Manager

As the National Sales Manager at South Coast Paper for seven years, Todd has defined and developed customer markets where South Coast Paper’s products can be positioned for profitable growth. He cultivates and maintains relationships with corporate end-users, contract stationers, and independent office supply dealers. In 2005, he successfully launched South Coast Paper's program with HP Business Copy, which has become a solid brand within the company's portfolio of paper products. Todd has also been instrumental in the development and launch of Diverse Earth Copy Paper and South Coast Paper envelope brands that are marketed to contract stationers and corporate end users. He graduated from Xavier University of Louisiana with a degree in Business Administration and Economics.

Greg Huell
Information Technology Manager

For 11 years, Greg has been the Information Technology Manager for South Coast Paper. Greg is responsible for a myriad of computer and technology integration. Greg works day-to-day on technology infrastructure and implementing systems to enable faster and smarter business solutions. Greg graduated from the University of South Carolina and later from The University of Phoenix.

LaJoia Broughton
Marketing Director

LaJoia Broughton serves at the Marketing Director of South Coast Paper. She oversees marketing and communications projects for the company and corporate certifications. She received a BA in Communication Studies from Furman University and a Master of Mass Communications from the University of South Carolina. She also has a certificate in Marketing from the American Management Association.

Peter Inglis
Business Process Manager

Peter serves as the Business Process Manager at South Coast Paper. He is an innovative, creative and forward-thinking professional who specializes in business analysis and project management. He is adept at analyzing ongoing requirements, formulate cost-effective solutions, managing financial, technical and other resources to ensure on time delivery that improve operational outcomes. In short, Peter analyzes existing business structures and makes them better and more efficient. Peter graduated from Francis Marion University, Florence SC, receiving a degree in Management Information Systems. He also has a MBA from the University of Phoenix.

James Metcalfe
Sales Manager-Strategic Markets/Accounts

James has been with the South Coast Paper team for five years.  James is a people-person and enjoys working on a day-to-day basis with clients across the US. He brings knowledge and know-how to his clients and works with them to help increase business efficiency and delivers projects to them on time and always on budget. He attended Southern Polytechnic State University where he received a degree in Engineering. He has also been certified by the Corporate Plus Program and received training from the Center of Excellence Certification- NMSDC.

Eboni Atkins
Administrative Services Manager

Eboni has worked with South Coast Paper for four years in the role of Administrative Services Manager. She is responsible for human resources, inventory management, shipping & receiving and is also the Business Safety Manager.  She has also added many other processes to increase efficiency at South Coast Paper. She graduated from Arkansas State University with a Bachelor’s degree.

Dale Enfinger
Plant Manager

With over 30 years experience in the paper industry, Plant Manager, Dale Enfinger, manages the daily operation of the plant to ensure it meets the customer needs. Dale is the eyes and ears of the plant and makes certain that all South Coast Paper work is done to the highest quality and with the highest safety standards in place. Dale attended Alabama Southern Community College and Pensacola Junior College for courses in business and engineering. He has also been trained by Kepner Tregoe in analytical trouble shooting and has worked with the Alabama Technology Network Statistical Process Control to become certified in Lean Manufacturing- Quality Management I & II.

Fay McField
Account Management & Support

Fay has worked for South Coast Paper providing account management and support for over seven years. She is largely responsible for developing South Coast Paper's account management and support roles. Fay is also responsible for monthly sales reporting and ongoing vendor relations. She graduated from The University of Connecticut with a Bachelor of Science – Finance and Business Administration degree.

Michelle Dicks
Customer Service

For 11 years, Michelle has provided friendly and efficient service to customers. She assists customers with order placement and customer inquiries and issues. In her role, she provides accurate order entry and customer billing. She also works closely with vendors to ensure all customer requirements for delivery are met for over 200 business divisions. Michelle graduated with a degree in Secretarial Science from Central Carolina College.

John Mayo
Maintenance Supervisor

As the Maintenance Supervisor for South Coast Paper, John Mayo’s primary duty is to supervise and perform preventive maintenance on equipment.  He is certified in Failure Analysis, Machine Vibration Analysis, Precision Machine Alignment, Precision Maintenance, Reliability Centered Maintenance, Industrial Hydraulics & Pneumatics.  John has been with the South Coast Paper team for three years.
